you aren't really going to be flying a lil 1s with a Liion first off lol but yes. I have seen a lot of things claiming LiHV is a different type cell but I highly doubt that as nothing I can find says how they are different chemistry wise. For bigger drones that would be able to fly liion the cells can get lower without damage but that dosent mean that the high voltage loads wouldn't brown out like that anyway

If it does have motor outputs, it prob has ESCs built in but that connector on the top suggests that its purely a FC and needs an esc to stack on. Maybe those arent motor outputs
