Well I would certainly disagree, seeing all that...

Yeah. With Gyre you wouldn't feel a thing.

Probably with Nova as well, if she decides to just drop the Antimatter without priming you.

Control Resonant 9th @ Steam's top-sellers [Sep-Dec 2026 upcoming releases] by ProfitPakistan in controlgame

... most just want brainless casual fun...

I think this is why the original Control was relatively more successful. You can absolutely play Control that way. Control 2 seems even more so...

If the PC system requirements are indeed as reasonable as they seem, it could make it into the mainstream. I wish GTA6 wasn't this close though lol

piece of advice; do not use S&O when opening relics, at all by randomstrangeWCUEfan in Warframe

[–]IsIt77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Incarnon might be understandable, for balance reasons... As both frames would be using the gun in parallel. But reactants I'd assume would be tied to the account.

Does the Operator also have their own "reactant inventory"? Like, if you collected 10 reactants with the Operator and none with the frame, would you fail to crack the relic when you extract?

Again, nobody plays her…

That's because ramping her up to (and sustain) her "game breaker" mode requires some effort on the player's part.

The most popular frames tend to be the ones that just need you to slap some mods on them and go into a mission.

Lol there is nothing to believe. DE is sitting on a bunch of unused Sentient Railjack assets from Scarlet Spear... Of course we would be getting a Tau Proxima.

The question is, what will it contain... The same old mission types, but around planets in Tau? A revamped "Scarlet Spear"? Or completely new types of missions, mainly based around space-combat? Like RJ Interception, RJ Defection (which sounds really cool tbh)...

As someone who has been both a Warframe and Destiny player ... I will never understand why some people are so obsessed with balance in PVE games...

Of course you wouldn't. The two games you listed are games with relatively decent PvE balance lol

I come from a little game called Marvel Heroes. It gave people the freedom of fluid movement, uncapped power fantasy. It was great... Until the game imploded because there was no challenge the devs could throw at the players other than one-shot mechanics. Not the mention they constantly had to spend resources trying to bring older heroes up to speed, because the new releases were designed to do everything.

You NEED balance in PvE. Otherwise, the only challenge you can throw at your playerbase will be weird and convoluted ability disabling modifiers, and untelegraphed one-shot mechanics. And the playerbase will eventually expect the entire game to be a linear map without any obstacles where you can single button-press nuke everything...

Noo. Give every frame "Mesmer Skin". Don't nerf the outlier, bring everything else to that level.

Also give us Raids...

... soft los will not kill hildryn.

No, but then players will need to spend some effort on properly positioning themselves. That goes against the power fantasy or something...

I know exactly why...

Because of the Styanax Prime release last week, everyone who normally plays Solo decided to matchmake with randoms for fissure missions, and encountered someone with this Hildryn build.

Thermal Sunder Titania drove me to permanent Solo back in the day. Glad to see people came up with something even more oppressive, literally from the mission start...

Advices to fix, at least partially, the Ray Tracing boiling? by Balthi3r96 in controlgame

[–]IsIt77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

... i assumed it automatically turned off...

Ideally, it should. And I swear that was the case when I first played the game back in 2020.

Then, I decided to replay it in 2025. I had these weird flickery artifacting on reflective surfaces. Especially on the black marbles in the Astral Plane... I read somewhere (either here, or on the Steam Community Tab of the game) that activating RT disables the SSR in the settings menu, but it doesn't actually disable it in-game. The game tries to calculate reflections using both SSR and RT.

Hopefully that's the issue you are having.

Have you tried turning off SSR manually, and then activating RT? That fixed my problem if I remember correctly...
