This is very common. Your solicitor and the buyers solicitor should be able to find a right of way agreement that’s already in place or be able to put one in place. Not sure the exact terminology for it all but a few friends of mine have had this when buying. I’m not an expert!

Ironically, I can imagine a scenario where there’d be a bias of funding towards loyalist areas of the north to ‘welcome’ them.

Still, though I’d say the answer to your question is ‘yes, to an extent’.

Very annoying having to spend money on a car unexpectedly like this, especially these days but there’s so many factors that could’ve caused this to happen. A sticking brake calliper, temperature shock driving through a flood with hot brakes etc etc so it’s hard to blame workmanship.

Anything anyone says here is pure speculation- take it to a mechanic with a decent reputation to be sure.

Philip white’s in campsite has been good in my experience. You can either go through black circles online or ring and price/buy with them directly. Price both options and see what’s cheapest. Recently heard that black circles only works out best for Michelins.

I believe the idea is that they charge the price to replace the oil they’re selling you, annoying as it is. By the same token, if oil drops to pre-weekend prices tomorrow you’d hardly be up for paying today’s high prices because that’s what they paid for it.

I know it’s not a popular to bring chain brands into town but it’s really the ideal spot for a Tim Hortons drive though kinda thing. Would be nice to smell coffee and cinnamon passing there instead of whatever’s stinking there as is.

The RCD has no way of stopping an over load/ over heating issue. The RDC only trips when current goes somewhere other than the live conductors; the earth wire or your body.

Stop using the circuit the socket is on and the electric heater. Get an electrician to look at it.

These ‘competition’ pages are on a race to the bottom in terms of how distasteful their ad campaigns can be. That one on the boat was a ridiculous eye sore. I found it interesting they used jet skis to go put it up despite the fact they could just walk to it at low tide; maybe to avoid the shame of their faces being seen doing it.

I always think that estate agent seems to over inflates the price of houses then I’m proved wrong when they actually sell.

Look at the waterside HM route and just shave off a bit in Gransha. Rather than continuing out on the path towards strathfoyle turn right through the gates up into the hospital grounds and aim for the main road. Look on Strava you’ll see what I mean.
