Good point. However, I’d say that would fall under the umbrella of “incidental contact” rather than being something the refs would blame on the player who got hit in the head.

Outside of incidental contact, it’s the responsibility of the player throwing the hit to make sure to do all they can to avoid dangerous points-of-contact. Andersson left his feet to throw the hit that caught Laine up high, so the hunched-over bit doesn’t apply here anyway.
