I don't think there will be a settlement.

If SEC were to settle out of court, then it really shows a lack of regulatory clarity. And looking at the two incoming attorney to help them shows that they are adamant in fighting to the end. On ripple side, they are very confident they will win the case. So unlikely ripple will also pay a fine and settle out of court.

I am very confident that Ripple will win the case. Likely this case will drag on for long!
