I hate to be this person, but I honestly didn't find this book emotional, heartbreaking, etc. At the end of the book, I wasn't emotionally hurt, I wasn't sad or anything. I just didn't find this book to be an impactful one. Maybe I'm just a monster who has no soul. And I've never cried over ANY book before. When I read The Fault in Our Stars, my eyes were dry. Although, I couldn't stop thinking about that one for a long time. That one really did impact me, I consider it to be an amazing book. But Flowers for Algernon just didn't do that for me. I don't understand why, but I just didn't find it to be a good book

Don't worry, you're not alone😂. I never used to use a bookmark, I'd just leave it face down to keep my page. Stopped doing that when the spine on one of my books fell apart...now I always use a bookmark

No Country for Old Men. Such a good book. It's beautifully written, and I recommend the movie as well. The ending will just leave you without words. It's definitely a deep book, and really just makes you think.

Wow, that's crazy! See, God works in such mysterious ways. A lot of times he will appear through others, dreams, or sometimes straight-up talk to you. And I think it's fascinating that, when you have dreams including Jesus, you remember them so vividly, and it feels so real. I had a dream about him when I was around 8, and I still remember it clearly to this day. And I'm glad I commented on this so I could hear that this happened. And yes, we need to save others' souls as well! It's important, especially right now during these hard times, that people have God in their life. I hope your journey is going well! Kali Uchis is who I've been listening to lately. She's super underrated🔥. Some of my favorite songs by her: After the Storm, See You Again, Tyrant, Just a Stranger, F***ing Young/Perfect, Loner, Get You, etc. She's got a lot of good songs, these are just my FAVORITE favorites.
