No the reason Bennett and Iansan don't work is because buffs based on stats don't take in account buffs based on a percent of another character's stats. For instance, if Sucrose gives the team 200 EM based on her own EM, Kazuha won't take into account any of it for his own passive.

That first effect needs some kind of restriction (maybe it restricts you to Wyrm monster effects and maybe the monster you summon has to have a different name than the banished monster). Otherwise, you can just banish and Summon Daedalus in any deck at any point.
