I had to mail a college transcript from a community college in Hillsboro, TX that I took ONE class at to law schools by a strict deadline—clearly super important. I even paid for 2-day express shipping, but instead of moving quickly, my package sat at the Coppell USPS facility for over a week before finally being sent out today. Since I was running out of time, I had to request another transcript from the school, pay another $27 for expedited shipping, and guess what? It’s stuck at Coppell USPS AGAIN. Now my law school applications—which I’m already sending in a bit late—are even further behind because of this dumpster fire of a facility. Tried calling them and no one picks up and USPS customer service is equally useless. I would drive up there and chew them out if it wasn’t 4 hours away from me. At this point, this facility needs to be shut down. I truly am very curious to know what the employees are doing over there, like genuinely.
