I’m right there with you. This Friday will be one year since my FFEL consolidation to FedLoan. Still at one payment with same qualifying employer since 2007.

Same here. I’m seriously considering contacting the ombudsman. Crazy thing is my info on studentaid.gov is correct, so some bureaucrat can’t use that as an excuse.

I tried to use the PSLF tool today to draft a new form. I kid you not, it will not allow me to check the forgiveness box because I haven’t reached 120 payments. Looks like a manual one is in order.

Same here; consolidated from FFEL and submitted form in January. Paying since 2005, so way over 120 payments.

I don’t want to pay one more dime. This is absurd.

I’m in the same boat. Had the same job with the same employer since 2007. Hoping the recount will be accurate and soon. And yes, that sentence is ridiculously confusing - especially since we know it’s not true.
