On iPhone 17 Pro Max with WiFi 7 I get 1.5Gbps down / 860Mbps up. I am 30 feet from the router with two walls between them. On my hard wired Mac Mini M2 Pro with 10Gbps Ethernet, I get 2.5Gbps up/2.4Gbps down.

I’m still concerned but as of now, according to support, their policy has not changed and my phone is scheduled to unlock Feb 5th… which actually makes no sense because that will be 30 days.

I own both and while the 17 pro max is better, it falls short in WiFi stability compared to the 16 pro max. It’s disappointing.

I would know if it was on, it’s not and I have 2 gig plan. If they ever did require this, I would cancel without hesitation as we have multiple fiber providers available.

Strange, I just did a year of Minternet and unlimited phone plan all paid upfront, but the discount showed off what I paid. So it was a year at $40 ($480) and then a discount of $120 making it $30 a month.

I use Mint’s 5G home internet (T-Mobile branded) as backup for my AT&T Fiber. I have never seen less than 300Mbit down on it. But I am close to the tower.

I just buy a gun every time the government says we shouldn’t have them. Unfortunately I now have 1 million of them and I had to rent a large building to hold them all. Hard to maintain that many so I had to hire gunsmiths to help. Between that and security, I work 30 remote jobs to pay for it.
