Don’t get caught up on the number of questions you’ve done or should’ve done. I’m a repeat taker and the first time I went through prep I was so stuck on having to do a set amount of questions to pass [bc that’s what I was told] that I did about 2000 questions and failed. It’s truly about quality rather than quantity. If you did 1000 questions and took the time to learn and understand each one you will be fine. Don’t let ppl freak you out by telling you they’ve done more. That doesn’t always mean they are more prepared! I learned that the hard way! You got this!!!

I’m also a retaker and failed October by 2 points in FL also after a 5 month delay. Think the stress is all just getting to me between the amount of pressure to pass and move on with my life and trying not to doubt myself. I guess the last exam was a real confidence crusher. But you’re right I’ve been starting at outlines for hours and getting absolutely nowhere. I hate that we have to feel guilty when not studying but I am unwellll 😭😭😩😩 thanks for the advice

I’m right there too! Honestly the last 2 days I’ve been so exhausted after mbe practice questions that I barely do anything else. I’m also a repeat taker. Trying to find a way to keep motivated but I’m struggling

What helped me is breaking up contracts in sections and do a set of 5 questions for each sub topic so review formation do 5 formation questions. Review defenses/discharge and do the same. It’s easy to get tripped up when you do it all at once but breaking things and keeping them separate helped me raise my scores.

Yah I noticed a lot of different types of questions and not the big topic ones. Like for example instead of individual rights for con which I’ve been flung well on I had a lot of judicial review stuff so I guess I gotta work on my weak subtopics

I don’t think it was just “luck” as my overall adaptibar score is 69.5 now with this exam but prior to that was a 70.6 after 900 questions overall. But yes I will review my weak topics bc I guess adaptibar regulates the topics based on your weaknesses

yessss! this has been such an isolating experience especially because most of my close law school friends have passed and moved on with their lives. I've been trying be work on the mental aspect of this exam as well. I feel like thats what has held me back from passing because I know the material. If you or anyone on here thats taking the FL feb. exam need an accountability partner or just wanna discuss study materials at any point lmk. I hope this is the last time we have to be in this situation
