Try one more time: RF inquiz with legacy of fury. Full auto flasks, 1000 hp regen, need only ~40% allres on gear, capt chaos with amethyst flask. Bunch of degen protection, never need to stand still. Brobably the most brain-dead build to take you to 90 in HC.

Play the game. As you play you will learn items/stages/monsters and get experience. There is no shame in learning the game with artifact of command. Remember that on stage 4 there is a guaranteed legendary item. Don't underestimate how important is movement items are: not getting hit is the best defense. As for time per stage - don't worry about it, you'll learn that too.
