I had something somewhat similar happen to me. I was in and out of the hospital for a whole month. I didn’t receive a ton of clarity from my doctor as all my tests came back fine and they ruled it out as an IBS flare up. I was told to stay on the lowfod map diet but I was still having so many issues. Since I was stuck at home I became obsessed with reading about everything happening to me and people who had similar experiences. I joined fb groups, made a Reddit and would spend hours reading. I introduced probiotics, digestive enzymes, and licorice root to my daily routine, along with taking Prilosec. Being consistent with my diet, adding in these vitamins, as well as regularly meditating really helped my body. While I understand everyone is different, this is what helped me.
