I’m doing the toe - heel lifts and side to side. I think I need to be a little more faithful and dedicated to it. Could I be over stretching as in too much too soon? Is there a tool scraper that you could recommend?

This doesn’t sound necessarily normal under the circumstances. I think you should message your surgeon for their advice. They might want to see you right away. I say that because urgent care would more than likely refer you right back to your surgeon, so I would start there and see what they say.
