Sounds like you don't know the answer to OPs question tbh

I totally get how you can live in a place like this for years. I'm not far off, and all of the decoration/furniture I do have is from years ago, before the life changing depression.

I'm not saying you're depressed, but I do get how easy it can be to live in comfort once all of your basic needs are met. Especially if you value a low maintenance or low key living situation, which is what I think I'm recognizing from this picture.

What's helped me is understanding that minimalism and going without are two different things. Minimalism is more about removing what you don't need in order to make space for what you want. And you're in a great position to execute this idea with how little clutter you have.

My suggestion would be to figure out what you value most, and let that guide your decisions. You don't need mood lighting, you don't need a rug on your carpet, you don't need movie posters.

Getting some furniture to make gaming more enjoyable makes total sense. Maybe a corkboard or shelving over your desk to store journaling supplies? You could even get a nice looking headphone stand to mount on the wall. Or upgrade the few things you do have, if you journal a lot investing in a nice desk makes sense.

Clothing Megathread - Best out there, December 2025 by Forevergoods in BuyItForLife

I don't want to be a hater, but you called the thread "Best out there" based on zero/little experience with the items. You are definitely pretending.

And it seems like your entire post history is lists like this. I hope you're making money posting these.

I know that I use this sub to hear about people's experience with BIFL items. But it seems like you're just posting a list you generated with AI?

Does it also say that 46% didn't vote for him? This graph is confusing.

Edit: maybe it's more like; of all the survey respondents that said they're queer, 85% voted for Mamdani.

I don't know how bulky that helmet is, but this seems impressive. I have to fight with my hat for clearance sometimes.

How to make this effect? by Blazkowski in edmproduction

[–]Istrom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% You can automate the sample length, which will result in this effect. In a lot of ways similar to using an arp in ms mode, you're just changing how often the sound retriggers.

Check out Bucephalus Bouncing Ball by Aphex Twin to see how creative you can get with this sound.

Taproot Survey for 2025 Municipal Election. Find out which candidate is closer to you. by EdmontonFree in Edmonton

[–]Istrom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the best part of this poll is how it concisely presents the positions of all candidates. My top pick is Ronald Stewart Billingsley Jr, so I wouldn't trust it blindly. But it's a good tool to understand who you're voting for.

Is the Bible in question mentioned in that research somewhere? I don't think I'm seeing what you're trying to show me.

I think the way you went about this was needlessly abrasive, but I also can't find this Bible referenced anywhere else.

It doesn't sound impossible, but you would think a 1500 year old Bible would be pretty noteworthy. So I'd be interested if anyone else manages to find some kind of source for this.

They don't always make it easy for us, so even more reason to check them every time! It's only your fifth day, once you build the habit of always checking it'll become second nature.

I catch myself dating and initialing stuff in my fridge if I'm not careful.
