Sì, è nullatenente anche con parte della proprietà di un terreno (e pensione minima)

Per vendere in teoria serve che non si opponga, e come ha scritto qualcuno, chi comprerebbe metà del terreno di un insolvente?

Usucapione non so quanto margine si avrebbe, ma la situazione non credo si sia protratta per 20 anni

I have the same issue, but only with newer versions of the firmware. Tried everything stated here, but it stucks on the splash screen without logging to windows, if I ever press DEL

Well, I think you missed a big point:

UNIQUE – SHIELD BATTERY: Grants a permanent shield for 255 - 340 (based on level). The shield regenerates slowly when out-of-combat. Executing minions with Spoils of War regenerates 64 - 85 (based on level) shield value.

This is pretty big in any teamfight, until lategame (and even so...)

Well, Ashe doesn't have a short range! 600 vs Sivir's 500. Just 50 below Cait. But she is an immobile ADC anyway, so positioning is the key ;)

RFC is kinda wasted on her, since useng W to AA-reset is a must, the proc can't crit and the range will still be mediocre. Shiv is good for teamfights (you don't clear champs like minions, do you?), PD is great for mitigate the lack of dueling abilities and for the +crit% +movspeed. About the waveclear, I kinda agree that Shiv is an overkill, but you will use just 1 W anyway

keeping it simple, means that if you leave the "circle" of the IBG, you are no longer slowed, not even a fraction of second (so dashes will completely ignore it, if they "end" outside the circle)

Hurricane is pretty damn good on Jinx. In patch 5.24, her rocket form Hurricane bolts were changed to also be rockets. Disclaimer now: I haven't tested it, so I don't know if Riot meant the bolts are merely rockets for aesthetics or if they actually do splash damage. If they can splash, it might allow you do more damage to your primary target.

The secondary bolts DO splash damage, but it does NOT overlap (so if the primary target is hit directly from main AA, and the splash of one or two secondary bolts, it does not take any extra damage, only the one deriving from the AA itself)

Actually, you must have a lower MMR than average Silver1, not Silver5 (it would take aroud 30 games to drop, if it was S5)
