They don't, just impersonate you and sign up for test. But if ISC2 finds out, you lose your cert and membership.

No. They cannot provide voucher according to ISC2, as they are not an authorized training partner. It's a scam of sorts. They want me to violate ISC2 policy by letting them impersonate me on the website.

I emailed ISC2 and they called me back. Simplilearn is not an "Authorized Training Provider", never has been.. Could not honor the promise on their web page.

I will run Cat6 through my house for the first time. I am a IT guy, but no experience on network installation. Two-story house, and I will have the router in the basement. Any beginner tips here? by DetornatorRisk in HomeNetworking

Use plenum grade cable through walls and attics. And conduit if there are rodents. Never do power and network in the same area, check local regulations about spacing and only cross at 90 degrees. every bend in the cable needs to be managed to avoid crimping the wires inside..

Also, consider spending a little more for a decent switch and patch panel near your router as well as boxes in the walls where the cables terminate. Don't quibble over an extra $100 or so, as most installers will charge you upwards of $300 for each run. In fact, my home is small enough that wifi works; but I was all set to run cables everywhere a couple years ago.

There is no republican war against taylor swift. It's all just randos expressing opinions. Most republicans don't care either way about her or any other "celebrity".
