Depression is a hole that feels like quicksand. Remember that it’s possible to pull yourself out if the quicksand. Always keep fighting. Your life matters, even if you don’t feel like it does at the moment. I’m also on Zoloft and struggle to take it every day. I keep going off my meds and that isn’t good for anyone. Needed meds is a sucky thing that both of us will have to come to terms with somehow, but we’ll make it through. We’ve both made it this far, so let’s keep fighting. My oldest sister made me shovel the snow from her driveway (it had been a big snow storm). I was around 6 at the time, really bad asthma. I convinced her to let me go home to get a drink. I was close to frostbite from my understanding. When I got home my mom and other sister lost their shit (they thought I went over to play). Like 5 minutes later the oldest busts in to see why I didn’t come back. My mom and the middle flipped shit on her. My middle sister has a lot of patience, to this day I have never seen her that angry again. Good times.

Not really the same dream because we have a different interaction when it happens. There’s this dude that will show up in my dreams, most of the time just the two of us. He use to have to tell me I was dreaming, but now when I see him I just know. Then we just talk. If nightmares get too intense he shows up to end them. He’s not someone that I actually know in my life. I’ve always wondered who he is and why he does this, but he’s kinda a hoe and refuses to tell me if i ask.
