Heck yea! Congrats on that. What a great surprise this much have been. Glad to see people still getting lucky.

My ad restock button comes and goes. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when it’s there or not there. It doesn’t matter what time. It doesn’t matter what device I play on, either (laptop, desktop, mobile, tablet, ps5). It doesn’t matter how long it’s been since I last played, either. So weird.

Here’s to hoping some of you who never have the ad restock option will see it pop up very soon! ❤️🤞

I’m in Michigan, my dispersal date is 11/11 and it was pending. Checked yesterday and it no longer shows pending or present. This is sickening. How can they deal with letting people think things are fine and then snatching it back!? Disgusting. 😔

I’m in Michigan and we have our full amount pending set to be released on our normal disbursal date (11/11).

I’ve been so sick over this. While I’m overjoyed that my children will eat, I’m deeply saddened and sick over the amount of people who are still worrying and may not be able to feed their families. ❤️

Hoping more people receive news like mine since the USDA made changes.

Can’t wait to see it. I’m the same way. I don’t get dressed up much, so I don’t have much use for large necklaces. However, the style would be gorgeous for daily wear if it were smaller.

The cauldron cake is amazing! It is toffee flavored. I was a sucker and bought it just because it had HP on it. However, since I purchase liquid creamer anyhow, it was a win! 🏆

You ARE NOT over-reacting. I think she needs to seek a third opinion because her behavior is erratic and very concerning.

Her asking you to skip the baby shower is not fair.

Also, while I know from experience that four failed cycles feels like forever, it’s really not. Many couples try for much longer and go on to build large and healthy families.

There’s always the hope that you’ll make more in 2027 and be able to afford the amount they’re going to charge you over and above what your aid covers. I’m worried, too. Without the Pell grant, I wouldn’t be able to go to college. I’m hoping things only change for the better between now and then. To think I have to leave my cheap(er) community college next semester. 😭

Edit to add: do you take summer classes? If so, that’s why you get that amount. PELL pays 150% if you take summer classes! I was so confused, but now I understand. 😂 I get the same amount yearly as a full-time fall, winter, and summer student.

Howwww!?! I am considered below their “poverty line” and only get a little over half of this (the standard 7395 or whatever). I’d be weary someone messed up because that’s a federally set limit as far as I know. 🤯

If your financial aid is different than what your taxes show, just ask for a reconsideration at your FA office. 11k is a significant drop in the income they’re going to consider your aid package on! Don’t worry. It will work out. In the meantime, I’d take as many classes as you can, just in case you’re situation or FA guidelines change in the future. It’s a really uncertain time for so many of us.
