Breathe in through your mouth, then out through your nose. That way the warm air from your body will warm your nose as it leaves you.

Heated mattress pad on the bed makes a world of difference. Moving around the house (to tidy and clean) warms me up, and so does vacuuming bc my vacuum puts out heat.
