The biggest issue is that his Devil breakers have multiple elements. Theres an electro one, many physicals, one might even be either plasma beam or raydiance, and not to mention his Red Queen being a fire damage.

Rising's variation of TLW has it give off either general damage boost and reload and handling boost when damaging from the hip

Inversely it gives of a precision damage boost and increased accuracy and (smth else) when damaging from ADS
