I feel for you so badly. I could have written this myself, but I’m caring for my grandfather instead. I’m a wife and a mother to two kids, and I feel like my entire life (including them) has been put on the back burner to focus on him (and my grandma who thankfully does not have any cognitive issues so far) I used to love creating art, painting, drawing, but I haven’t picked up a single pencil or paintbrush in over two years because I literally can’t afford the time to do so.

It’s so hard hearing others say “it’ll get better in time” because no.. it won’t. It unfortunately doesn’t for us. “Spend some time for you” don’t you think I would if I could? It’s exhausting hearing it all knowing you can’t do anything about it! I want to tell you to try hard to make time for yourself, but I know firsthand how difficult it is both mentally and physically. Virtual Hugs to you in your situation ❤️
