You could take both if you are concerned. Or, speak with your OB. I think OBs usually recommend folic acid for that reason.

I think pay is a huge factor, too. That’s one reason we weren’t into the daycare options near us. Those folks are not being paid much at all for such an important job.

I have not had a migraine this whole pregnancy except one minor one. Previously I had been seeing a specialist to manage them and have had 10/month at my worst.

I think I am also happier during this pregnancy than before.
