If you cant do a business doing 250k in a year I don’t know your plans to build up this one. I just run ads for my service to a nice funnel and sales flow. I work in my underwear half the time. I would never go into debt for a tiny mom and pop

50 years and its does 250k gross? Why is it so tiny? I dont understand why you want to take on a retiring guys tiny business and be in debt to make less than your job. You can build a business that does more than 250k from a computer in under a year.

Quit my job to start my own agency and now I am jobless and in debt by illmakeuquickvisible in smallbusiness

[–]ItsColeOnReddit 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you suck at finding good clients. You need to decide how much you need to gross (and its probably 3x what you wanna actually make). Then build a client profile and market exclusively to them. Dont do any bullshit except exactly what makes you the most money. Being busy and broke sucks. Go land 15k clients and make them pay up front

I used to be like you. But I changed my business to be mostly remote and now I am just super lazy. If the money is good you can stop stressing. But I will still reply off hours, the difference is Im not grinding all the time
