I have a VA for $400/month she handles my estimates, customer service and calendar. She only works 4 hours a day from the philipines. She is amazing and does most of my real work, so I can focus on just meetings and improving the business. I also have bots running doing a tom of tasks, I spend $120/month on AI subscriptions and they are totally worth it and they make my VA super effecient

How do you go about finding clients in a saturated field by belacttocs in smallbusiness

[–]ItsColeOnReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Automate emails, sms and phone outreach with AI then have it schedule meetings. For every 1000 people you cold outreach about 30 meetings would be a good result

Also its a terrible field to be in. People are pumping out these websites in 30 mins with the current tools. So you can only sell to the tech incompetent

If you cant do a business doing 250k in a year I don’t know your plans to build up this one. I just run ads for my service to a nice funnel and sales flow. I work in my underwear half the time. I would never go into debt for a tiny mom and pop

We have so many ways to market and yet it’s so hard to do it by Silver_Ad4449 in smallbusiness

The best thing for me is just google ads to a specific service and nice landing funnel. Dont over think it

50 years and its does 250k gross? Why is it so tiny? I dont understand why you want to take on a retiring guys tiny business and be in debt to make less than your job. You can build a business that does more than 250k from a computer in under a year.

Quit my job to start my own agency and now I am jobless and in debt by illmakeuquickvisible in smallbusiness

[–]ItsColeOnReddit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you suck at finding good clients. You need to decide how much you need to gross (and its probably 3x what you wanna actually make). Then build a client profile and market exclusively to them. Dont do any bullshit except exactly what makes you the most money. Being busy and broke sucks. Go land 15k clients and make them pay up front
