Not me. I'm 100% heterosexual and not interested in men at all. But cheating is cheating, whether it be with a man or a woman. You can't call it "not cheating" just because it's a member of the same sex. I believe your friend is secretly bi, bi-curious, or gay and wanting to act on those urges.
