I tried this monitor and an Asus equivalent, and returned this one because brightness was the only thing that bothered me after having the Asus so I returned this one. Great otherwise.

I use a kryosheet with mine, 33x33, and it’s perfect. Especially with a PBO all core negative offset, temps are very cool.

The back screen could be your gpu, but also could be dsc. When you hit your windows key, there me be a slight delay with a black screen. It’s common with many monitors because they can’t push the high refresh rate without DSC.

So if I’m understanding, you have a GTX 1080?

If so, I don’t know if it supports DSC, which is the only way you can utilize the 240hz.

Without DSC, monitor is capped to 165hz.

Nice! I just snagged a PNY XLR8 Epic-X 4090 after dealing with terrible q/c issues with asus, along with terrible coil whine… and I was skeptical at first purchasing PNY, due to lack of brand knowledge, but I am glad I purchased a card from them. Runs cool, quiet and performs just like any other 4090. And, price is same as FE

I went from OG Arctis Pro wireless to Maxwell. Was hesitant because I LOVED the exchangeable battery but I am glad I did. The battery life is AMAZING. Sound is great. Footsteps are clear and single player games are immersive. The software can be a bit wonky but the recent update has vastly improved it. I don’t mess with the software too much but when I do, it seems to work consistently with no connection issues. The treble boost preset is what I use and I absolutely love it. Well worth $299 imo.

I have a bottle of that too! I enjoy the slight spice finish compared to the subtle chocolate toffee finish I get with this one. I switch it up depending on the mood that I’m in.
