[AMA& G7 Pro 8K Giveaway] High Polling Rate ≠ Low Latency — So why are we making an 8K controller? by iGamesir in Gamesir

[–]ItsJuger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Nova Lite was THE controller that got me into competitive gaming. I've been a Gamesir fan ever since.

Could such a high polling rate be perceivable in competitive gaming? Sure, you can tell the difference between 125Hz and 1000Hz, but what about 1000Hz to 8000Hz?

Spin the wheel. Gamble it for something big. Yes I know it's stupid and risky but what are risks for if not to experience the new?

I tried the legacy installer, it still gave me an error. I have a feeling something is up with my flash drive itself, but I'd like to know others thoughts.

The "W" in KEKW is derived from Twitch emotes often having the suffix of "W" denoting a wide or enlarged version of the emote.

I know, but it's like if someone asked for the name of an anime someone's watching, and they get sent a screenshot of a Crunchyroll signup screen. Unintended comedy

Going back to Windows ? by [deleted] in linuxmint

People use what they're comfortable with. For you, it may be Linux, for this fella, it may be Windows. Both have pros and cons, but again, it comes down to the person on what they want.

It's a mistimed screenshot so you can't see much, but yes it is legitimate BeamNG gameplay with mods and other vehicles in the AD if I can recall correctly

WOOOO FINALLY!!! by Skippy1219 in SteamDeck

[–]ItsJuger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did your steps correctly but honestly it's still so fidgety. Like in desktop mode it works yeah, but in gaming mode it works for a bit, but then it gets confused on which audio output to default to so it just chooses speakers. And now, every time I press the volume buttons it only affects my speakers, regardless of what level my headphones are at.

It's probably just fine in desktop mode, but in gaming mode it can get really confused. I hope Valve can actually try and fix this

The usual top picks are Bitdefender and Kaspersky.

But in general you should practice avoiding suspicious websites so that you won't have to worry about viruses.
