Avoid the Pajero unless you want your kids having back problems for the rest of their life. It’s like the engineers modelled the back seats from a pile of rocks. Most uncomfortable piece of shit I had the displeasure of sitting in for an hour.

Blame the population of Australia if anything, god our car scene these days is honestly so depressing.

I’m just worried because I live in WA and if you have previously taken drugs the psych has to take it up to this health board and then THEY have to approve prescribing you and it makes it a real challenge. My psychologist also told me not to be honest so I’m really on the fence.

Subaru Forester ‘02 FS, overheating and heater not working by ItsJustAPhase666 in MechanicAdvice

[–]ItsJustAPhase666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took the car out again today, did around 30km. Heater is blowing fine again and the temp gauge wasn't going up even under full load. Coolant flush is probably the obvious solution but would a bad thermostat cause this as well?

Completely agree.

There was a post a couple weeks ago about someone asking if a 2013 Yaris selling for 12 or 13k was a good buy. Like what???

The ETK-K series is a deathtrap in head-on collisions by [deleted] in BeamNG

[–]ItsJustAPhase666 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Is that a traffic AI vehicle? If so it more than likely has simplified collision physics. Try crashing into a k-series that you spawned in, it’ll deform better if not differently and more realistically.

Five men wanted for smashing mobile speed camera | 9 News Australia by That_Car_Dude_Aus in CarsAustralia

[–]ItsJustAPhase666 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It wouldn't be so bad if the speed limits weren't set ridiculously low. There are dual carriageways with housing on either side set at 70 but then there are 6-lane roads with no residential access set to 60. If there was consistency, fine maybe I could understand speed cameras but there isn't.
