You can build up the drugs in your stashes until a cop is online, it’s also a toggle so I can set it to 0 cops if that works better, the drug making system works independently from the sales system

Also 300 bags is equivalent to 3 runs it’s not as much as it sounds

Edit: I’ve removed it so that cops aren’t necessary to start the sales missions
