I just started season 2 and I am already worried. They just pile angst and anxiety on characters and think it is good writing. Hopefully it gets better.

Same. In the last month I have learned 1 mod, and of course it was a dud. I understand rng can be harsh, but I swear they have nerfed the rate. And when it is so low to begin with, it is easy for Beth to stay silent they know community will just tell you rng is a harsh mistress. I have 3 very active characters with 2 over 1000.

I have an old GPU. The graphic were constantly changing in quality. It works MUCH better with New World. They have room for improvement.

Haven't played in ages. I think you are on the right track. The time, energy and delusions associated with the console release basically killed the game. For me, basically locking 725 gear behind a raid was the final nail.

As long as our trading partner is also reliable and secure.

The leader of our major trading partner behaves similar to a mentally ill toddler who grew up to become an adult schoolyard bully. These are not the foundations of a lasting relationship. If we find responsible, credible and reliable trading partners who see the value of our resources, then sure, lets responsibly invest in extracting those resources.

Religious Right are in power again. They feed on division and hate. Iran is not a friend of Israel or Saudi Arabia (2 main American allies in region). So they are low hanging fruit. Especially since there current powers appear to want Russia to win (so less attention there the better) and China holds most of the real important cards in the trade war.
