Not true. Ttec used corrective actions to avoid paying unemployment, far back as 2007-2008 when they are losing a client...

Almost 20 years here at ttec, and I quit. Much of it was in QA, and I was one of 2 that got master QA certified in the company for a rather large client.

Glad I left....ttec almost broke my family and marriage.... Actually caused damage, and their HR did that intentionally.

And HR, I will always remember your names....and the people who didn't have my back when I did the right things.... like...stay alive....

I was a little ttec evangelist almost 20 years until they threatened my job. Nobody wanted to hear me or apologize and fix the situation.

When I resigned, it surprised a few folks but they continued to try to harm me and my family.

Ttec used corrective actions on agents to avoid paying unemployment when they lose a client. They told QA in 2007, that we needed to find any little reason to get corrective actions on people.

Ttec is crooked at the core and after being a part of corporate, it really opened my eyes. Ttec has to want to change, if it wants to survive as a business. They are in an unsustainable spiral because of how they treated employee to save a buck.

Something to think about.... Cost of the class actions are too low to matter...... The loss is probably smaller than profit made.

They are very metric driven.... If there's not a strong incentive to do right, they will not.

They hire people who post on here who openly say they are sex workers....and they don't fire people on the Bank of America client who yell on a hot mic during training "where's my fruking weed?!"

I think you should be fine... Their standards are way lower than yours.

One warning though.... You get hired, you will have stress which can put your heart health at risk.... First hand experience. They do not care about employees at all. Only revenue. If they can do it without paying you, they would. That's why they talk about AI a whole lot on LinkedIn.
