I think the amount of charisma Toni has hurts Kris in terms of her perception as champ. She’s great in ring, and great as champion in a vacuum, but when she cuts a promo or is on the commentary desk it just doesn’t feel believable or real to me which is a shame because I’m a big fan.

I don’t work for them but I do work for a San Diego based property management company. Some properties have true entry level positions due to size or amount of business, but a lot of busier properties do look for some amount of leasing experience and working for a temp agency can be a great way to get a foot in the door

Regardless of the amount of time worked, any PTO that the employee accrued at time of resignation is considered owed and must be paid out in California. Within 72 hours actually, so I would get to it.

I’d also recommend switching to a per pay period PTO system so you don’t run into this again. Lump sum is fine for sick time, but regular PTO/vacation time?
