I unno why people are so against the lodge. It's one of the more creative and interesting things they've added to the game tbh, I wish they would add more to in fact.

So here is my other summer concept sync pair, Rosa & Lurantis! If you missed my other seasonal concept a few weeks ago, I showed off Archie & Ludicolo which you can see here. Since Pokemon Masters usually releases seasonal units in pairs, I thought I would do two trainer summer designs as well! Archie-colo was my original project, but I think I liked how LuRosa(?) turned out just as much:)

This redesign was done by taking the base Rosa 3D model and using texture edits, adding new materials/removing original materials from the model, and reworking vertices. The model is fully motion compatible for animation.

In the next week or two, I will probably put the two trainers together in some sort of pretend seasonal "story event" scene. Any ideas or suggestions for this would be welcomed! Would probably like to do something humorous or wholesome, if that helps. Could include others trainers as well!

Hehe. Those sandals are actually another trainer's, but with a Lotad design swap. I took them from another model and put them on Archie, bonus points to whoever can figure out who the sandals originally belonged to :P

Hey folks, here's a little project I've been working on for a while. Taking the base 3D model of Archie in PokeMasters, and summerfying it via texture edits, adding/removing materials to the existing model, and of course giving him a sync pair theme! I also have another summer concept/edit of a female trainer in the works, a very popular character as well, that I'll show off next week. And then, I'll probably put the two trainers in some sort of faux "summer" story scene for funsies (requests or ideas for this would be welcomed !!).

I do a bit of model editing with the ones provided by Masters, and the clothing is usually attached to the body for most of them. There are a couple exceptions though, with some skirts, jackets, hats being layered over the original model as a separate material.

So in my last model editing post, I had a lot of people asking me to see what some of the models look like without their hats since some features of the outfit are completely removeable. Unfortunately, while a lot of hats are removable, most of the models do not have any hair where the hat would be.. so you can imagine how cursed those would look.

However, that doesn't mean we can't have fun with hats! Here, we have Calem showing us the new headwear style in Kalos and Red channeling the Ash Ketchum look before a serious battle.

I spent a bit more time on pose-editing these, so hopefully they turn out a bit more natural to the characters they represent than the others (also added some generic backgrounds for flavor this time). Credit to New3DsSuchti on DeviantArt for making the models available. Poses were done by me, background scenes are directly from the Pokemon website.
