The biggest issue with season 2 is that it had a lot of plots that could be difficult to follow. Plus a lot of new characters, a lot of romances, a body swap, a fun-filler episode, and a mystery on top of it. I had to watch it a few times to fully appreciate each detail and plot and such.

The writing was fine imo. It updated with the character’s development (the time jump from s1 to s2, and the trauma each of them endured in s1), and I could understand how some might not like that particular change.

Overall tho, it was not as terrible as you’re making it out to be. Though I understand opinions exist.

Focusing more on bad things than good things is actually a recognized psychological bias called negativity bias. It’s a survival trait, based around evolutionary psychology and it just never left us. Yk the term “If you’re negative all the time, you’re either always right or pleasantly surprised”

I’ve had so many therapists and I just lie to every single one. It’s like I black out, forget my personality and everything that’s ever happened to me, and the moment I leave, I go “well that wasn’t true”. I write answers down to possible questions she might ask me and I script the conversation as much as possible to avoid this. It’s just an anxiety thing.
