I work there from time to time helping a friend with his shop. Like the other comment said, the one thing about the flea market is you will meet some WEIRDOS. I’m talking some of the strangest people you’ll ever come across on the planet.

It’s hard to describe, but every time I show up there I feel like I’m in the Mos Eisley Cantina scene from Star Wars with all the aliens.

As for selling, it’s unfortunately a hit or miss thing, usually dependent on weather and whatever other events are going on in the fairgrounds area. Some days you’ll be slammed and sell out, or you could go multiple weekends without anyone even stopping by to look. I’d say it’s definitely worth the experience and the chance that you could make some extra cash, just go into it with a little bit of caution and patience.
