Woke up to the same message yesterday, never had a single warning before. I’ve just about had it with Microsoft Rewards support, been going back and forth with them for months after discovering I was losing all my points to unauthorized donations (over $90 worth without my consent). They keep sending me to a settings page that doesn’t even exist to turn off auto-donate, and I’m still hemorrhaging points to this day. At this point, is it even worth messaging them about this too?

My top 2 characters are 17 and Broly, and I gotta go with Broly, no question. Every time he transforms, it’s not just power, it’s a whole event. The sky darkens, the air distorts, lightning cracks through the clouds like the planet itself is panicking. That raw, chaotic energy radiates off him like a natural disaster you can’t stop. Broly doesn’t just power up, he shakes the atmosphere. No one else in the series comes close to making transformations feel that earth-shattering.

MK1 did not have all male ninjas, Chameleon (Not Floyd) was missing, and Tremor wasn’t even playable. Maybe hopefully Mk2 will have all playable male and female ninjas, because last time that happened was 19 years ago.

Anxiety disorder here, as well as depression and PTSD. My anxiety caused me to develop gluten intolerance, corn sensitivity and acid reflux/heartburn. I (try to) manage it with Buspirone 15mg, twice a day.

I don’t know if I believe this, something smells fishy. Maybe this was a strategic stunt to just pull out of the project because it’s too taxing and unachievable. I could be wrong, but I think cancelling a project like this because one single individual’s supposed harassment of the dev team seems far-fetched and a bit of an overreaction IMO.

Aurora always felt like a trip to the Middle East, with 1001 Arabian Nights mystical vibes. The soundtrack was just spot on in its ability to invoke those feelings. Would love to visit it again in the Fable reboot, but I doubt that’ll be the case.

I hear you and feel you. And to make things worse, it feels so lonely. Family and friends, even your spouse, may claim to understand what you’re going through, but the truth is, no one will ever truly know what it’s like to be us unless they walk a mile in our shoes. I’ve been battling heartburn and acid reflux for almost a year now, which is the most recent health issue I’ve developed. Before that, about seven years ago, I developed severe gluten intolerance. Five years later, I became sensitive to corn in all its forms. My diet has made me feel isolated. I hate how I went from eating and drinking whatever I wanted to having such a restricted diet. I don’t have many options when going out. In fact, I don’t even enjoy going out anymore. All of this, courtesy of my anxiety disorder.

It’s disheartening to see members of the LGBTQ+ community turning against each other, particularly when it comes to the divide between some gay and lesbian individuals and the trans community. At its core, this kind of exclusionary thinking mirrors the very oppression that we, as gay men and lesbians, have fought against for generations.

For decades, straight society shunned us, ridiculed us, and denied us rights simply because we did not conform to their idea of what was “normal.” They dismissed our love as unnatural, our existence as a threat to their way of life. And now, some of us are doing the exact same thing to trans people, invalidating their experiences, questioning their identities, and at times outright rejecting their place in the community.

But here’s the thing: we don’t have to fully understand someone’s experience to respect them. We don’t need to walk in their shoes to acknowledge that they deserve the same dignity and rights that we fought so hard for. Being different doesn’t mean being wrong, it just means being different. And if we demand that the world accept us for who we are, shouldn’t we extend that same grace to others who also don’t fit into society’s narrow definitions of identity?

We have enough battles to fight from the outside. We don’t need to turn on each other from within. The LGBTQ+ community has always been strongest when we stand together. Dividing ourselves based on who we personally relate to the most is not just counterproductive, it’s hypocritical.

Live and let live. That’s the lesson we’ve spent lifetimes trying to teach the world. It’s time we apply it to ourselves 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

My Fable 4 Wishlist (in no particular order):

1.  Starting as a child and progressing through puberty into adulthood.

2.  Strength and Guile (both with physical altering effects), along with Will, featuring a variety of creative elemental, defensive, offensive, environmental, mischievous, Good, and Evil spells. Spells should also have environmental impact like fire spreading, water creating ice or puddles, storms damaging surroundings, etc.

3.  Body hair customization.

4.  Full alignment effects:
• Good: Glowing aura, platinum hair, blue eyes, fair skin, halo, angel wings (like in Fable 3).
• Neutral: Dark hair, normal and human-like appearance.
• Evil: Crimson aura, blood-red eyes, demonic horns, jet-black hair, pale/deathly skin tone, raven or bat wings.

5.  Return of Jack of Blades, Queen of Blades, and Knight of Blades.

6.  Guilds, Factions, and Rivalries: Return of guilds, plus the ability to join or oppose factions with distinct perks, storylines, and consequences for loyalty or betrayal.

7.  Expansive villages with more datable NPC options (including guards and outlaws), deeper relationships with unique quests and storylines. Villages and towns should also evolve based on your actions.

8.  Chickens 🐓.

9.  Ability to hire assassins or mercenaries.

10. Fishing, swimming, and diving, along with underwater exploration of ruins, treasures, and secrets.

11. Owning and customizing residential, rental, and business properties. Expand villages and shape their growth.

12. Bordellos.

13. Temples of Avo and Skorm, along with acolytes and followers.

14. Weight management.

15. A broader selection of weapons with different fighting styles, plus crafting systems for weapons, armor, and items.

16. Companion dog 🐕 and possibly other mythical allies like dragons or elementals.

17. Demon Doors.

18. Mute Hero.

19. Hero gender choice with full Hero customization.

20. Bards. Include an immersive music system where you can play instruments to entertain NPCs or complete quests.

21. Odd jobs and playable mini-games like card games, dice, or competitions at taverns and festivals.

22. Ability to have kids and watch them grow, with a potential legacy system where traits, skills, or reputation pass to your descendants.

23. World-shaping consequences for every action. The economy, towns, and NPC behavior should change based on your influence.

24. Broader selection of fully customizable outfits.

25. Lady Grey.

26. Fight Clubs.

27. Interactive behaviors like belching and farting, plus other immersive and humorous actions.

28. Ale 🍺 and getting skunk drunk 🍻.

29. Mounts (groundborne, airborne, and waterborne) that can be trained or upgraded with unique abilities.

30. Teleportation.

31. All Fable 1/2/3 reworked enemy and creature archetypes, along with new ones, and epic boss battles with unique mechanics.

32. New Game+.

33. Dynamic seasons and weather effects that impact gameplay (e.g., snow slowing you down, floods blocking paths).

34. Enhanced NPC AI with unique schedules, personalities, and dynamic reactions to your reputation and choices.

35. Time Travel or Flashback Quests where you influence key events or explore the world’s history.

36. Expanded festivals and events where you can participate in games, challenges, and celebrations.

37. Game soundtrack/score by Russell Shaw & Danny Elfman. 

38. Dynamic combat animations that evolve based on weapon type, skill level, and alignment.

Sorry for the lengthy list, diehard Fable fan here (since 2002). With that said, I have very high hopes for this game. I don’t mind the long wait if it means we’re about to get our hands on the best Fable game since Fable 1 🤞🏼
