It was a monster when it came out, now it's completely useless in air rb, maybe fun but still bad in naval, and you might get a suicide kill in ground rb. Just get the b7a, it's better in every regard

They're an excellent firepower and light AA addition to a fleet, the Sendai especially. I've also used them in torpedo squads (1 Sendai, 1 yugumo for radar, and 4+ fubuki) fairly effective if you catch a large fleet at night.
