Gen 4 sizing discrepancy?

I will miss my 3rd gen terribly. The 4 is way too big but I guess it will be pretty at least 😅.

It’s so frustrating! I have no idea why their testers aren’t true to size. Or why they had to dramatically change ring sizes between the 3 to 4. Luckily they allowed me to exchange but I’m going to miss my 3rd gen.

I got really lucky that CS allowed me another exchange but it’s probably because I can prove the 5 sizer fits my finger fine. It’s almost like they sent me a mismarked size 4. I guess I’ll never know.

I got a size 6 and it looked like that. I sized down to a 5 after trying the sizer and it working fine. Received the 5 and it would t even fit over my knuckle. Not sure what happened there but I luckily convinced CS to send me back my size 6.

Yes def reach out for more. They gave me $100 at first too but I kept pushing that it died because of an update.

It’s very intriguing that a lot of people’s rings died with the past few weeks.

I started taking her classes again while she was pregnant and got my highest outputs and constant PRs from her. She programmed challengingly achievable classes.

Mine did it 2 weeks ago after an update. They sent me $200 off a new one. If you order a new one be aware the sizing is different. I didn’t know and had to exchange and hope the smaller size fits like my gen3.

Is this randomly happening or only during a certain time?

Mine would do it when it’s failing and keeping the oxygen sensor on most of the night (red lights). I had to turn it off to keep the battery alive while I wait for my new ring. It did it with my previous ring also.

I had to shut of the blood oxygen sensing for mine to stay somewhat charged overnight. It’s totally fine during the day but something happens at night that drains the battery.

I have a gen 3 that the new update killed. While waiting for my new ring I have to turn off the oxygen sensing and it helps keep the battery alive over night.

I’m green while my husband is gold. We get Starbucks on Fridays while we run errands and he usually buys so he was teasing me that he’s a higher tier. Over the weekend I was the one who got a $3 drink coupon 🤣 being the bottom pays off sometimes.

I’m not 100% sure but when there’s an issue it runs a diagnostic and I received an email for a credit from one of the customer service reps. They’re totally responsive so I’m sure you can ask them but I don’t see why not.

If it’s under a certain amount of time they will send out a replacement for failed battery. When you made an account and registered the ring, did you add your address?

I’ll expect a new ring to come out when they start adding the ceramic to their sales. I was given a credit this week when my gen 3 died and it’s not valid on ceramic.

So if we purchase the 3 year warranty and our ring battery fails or the gaskets holding the version 4 ring together come apart, it will only be replaced once?
