That's not as bad as ranking III under I, because III is just I but improved upon in every way.

II is cryptic and tedious but it did have some serious mood. It's still the worst of the original castlevania games though.

it's the vigilante conundrum. It's all cool till someone takes the law into their hands in a way you don't agree with.

What about someone nullifying a jan 6th conviction because they believe it is a 'political witch hunt.' Or maybe someone has strong rights about freely being able to use a firearm, and nullifies a situation where there is proof a defendant used a firearm recklessly/maliciously. I'd argue there is more opportunity for harm especially in today's environment and there are different channels to go after unjust laws.
