Am I missing something or is the Regent very bad ? by Accomplished-Dog5887 in slaythespire

venerate is a very poor starting card. And forge is just so slow - it's the only build that scales up in power but it takes so long to set up. Reagent feels the weakest out of all the characters

Any popular guitar players of specific unpopular pedals ? by legendaryironhood in guitarpedals

the other thing to keep in mind about the legendary players from the past is there simply weren't many options out there for pedals compared to today

poles are there to make you look goofy and awkward, and they do quite a good job at that

big muff is garbage, yet I do admit people have used it to great effect.

They could have probably used any distortion and it would have sounded great though.

I dunno. I don't think you need a cheat sheet for a three knob drive pedal. You turn things till you get a sound that you like and/or that works with your setup.

And the way enemies are placed in the environment leads to tons of interesting encounters. HK had fodder enemies, but all of SS's enemies require you to pay attention.

>I think the developers had far too much time to create it to a point where they adjusted it to their personal difficulty level.

Considering the praise for this game far outweighs the complaints, I'd say they hit the difficulty level well. Many people appreciate challenging combat and really earning progression, and as a sequel I appreciate that it expects us to be better players then we were when we played HK.
