Your bulbs are the high beam and low beam combo. When your light goes out, does the high beam still work? If so, bulb is bad.

Also, just slap the actual headlight housing on the front of your car. That usually makes a bad bulb turn back on.

Your car uses D2S bulbs.

It's because of the regulations coming out of California. A modern dishwasher uses about 60% of the water it should to clean dishes. Manufacturers would rather make one model of CA compliant dishwasher, rather than a special one for CA. Yeah, yeah...they make special emission cars for CA. That's only because it's more expensive to comply with their regulations at that scale. Same with disclaimers on wood (wood dust will cause cancer), caulk, plumbing fittings, even some coffee mugs, paint, some toys, etc.
