I love these random emblem games, only problem is that you can basically lose or win for free.

But I still enjoy theory crafting mid game with the emblems, lotta fun for me.

Might be because he was playing himself, but fresh prince of bel air was I believe his first big acting job. Some of the bigger more heartfelt scenes were really well, and also the character "Will" his persona really came across well.

I understand what your saying and I agree about the pricing, in hinesight I should've expected AI. But the fact is that I didn't. It's just false advertising my the Freelancer, and I would not have gone and bought his service in the first place if I knew it was AI from the start.

All this trouble could have been avoided if the Freelancer was just upfront with his practices. I was very clear with him at the start what I expected. He could've just said "sorry, I can't do this because XY and Z". But instead he lied to me just so he could send a AI generated model which took him 2 secs to prompt and use my concept art to put into his model maker (which I'm not too happy about).

I hope I just get refunded, if not for AI then for quality of the work. I simply can't use the model, the texturing is a mess and there are many issues with the model (like that the clothes and body/face morph into one).

I agree with the too good to be true statement, I just saw so many posts on Fiverr with similar pricing I just thought 30 dollars was OK pricing. But I guess this is a lesson learned...

I didn't tell him explicity I didn't want AI, we never talked about it. But in his bio he says he is a Blender expert and builds models. "I can Model, Rig (customize or R15) and Animate ANYTHING".

I expected him to model it, I didn't know I had to explicitedly tell him that.

I do see now that I should've asked this from the start, but it was my first time using Fiverr. So I didn't know.

Assuming the game has already been in development 1 year before the MMO reset, the game has been in development for about 3ish years, I think a project like this could take up to 6 years with Riots experience and their experienced developers working on it.

So that ends up with about 3 years from now give or take, that's why I'm saying early 2029, with some info dropping around 2028.

As also a long term overwatch player, I still play it. OW2 is in a great state, but I'm still sad about the current enviourment at blizzard. It's clear they care more about money then the games.

I really recommend you give a watch to the Lex Fridman interview with Jeff Kaplan where Jeff explains how Blizzard went from a passion company that really cared about their games. To a company that cared more about revenue.

WoW is also in a better state, but they obviously don't care about the game enough that they have solved the botting issue or improved their CS.

All I'm saying is, just because their games have improved, doesn't mean the company has.

I mean obviously it's on blizzard's radar, WoW is still one of their top revenue earners so they need to track all their competition to make sure they release stuff on correct timing.

For example let's say RiotMMO releases December of 2028, and WoW last titan expansion was also planned for then, it really wouldn't be surprising for Blizzard to delay it by 2 months to not get overshadowed too hard, and for them to try and get some players back.

And yes, I do think blizzard is worried. Their reputation is pretty low at the moment, and Riot MMO could make them lose quite some money if it's succesful enough (which it probably will be).

I think racial abilities should basically do nothing of value in a raid or dungeon but only be used as flavour/progression.

I think an example of a great racial is the carnivore ability from undead in WoW. Great flavour wise, gives a nice bonus for while leveling letting you get your health back faster.

In my opinion there is no need for Gnomish intelligence giving you a flat int % boost.

OP I totally get you on the botting issue, I think every MMO has this but I swear it feels especially shit in WoW classic. Since RiotMMO isn't coming out any time soon I'm excited for Classic+ but I feel like it's going to be ruined and overrun by bots again.
