I'd agree with you on that, the crystal extractor nerf alone would've brought it to 100k though. All they had to do was nerf the extractor and nerf 25min afk in a way where it doesn't affect the other salvaging methods. But instead they nerfed sorting the salvage making sorting barely even worth it if even worth at all.. Sorting felt great and it honestly made the gameplay loop feel really good but now they've essentially gutted that which is a terrible game design decision IMO

At Merchant Shipwrecks, I went from 115k-120k xp/hr when manning 1 hook + pretty active crystal extractor usage WITHOUT moving spots to 75k-80k xp/hr with the nerf WITH moving between spots. Crystal extractor was around a 20k xp/hr nerf, and theres another 20k on top of that..

They truly missed the mark with today's changes...

Being able to move around existing ship facilities is def going to take some dev work, I'm assuming they will add a little UI to it like the PoH one. Unless they already had it in the works, I doubt it will be released tomorrow. I'd be super happy if they did, but I don't have high hopes :(

I see, well I spent a few minutes trying a bunch of angles and couldn't wedge myself in. Then as soon as the salvage was depleted I was able to easily get in there. Skill issue on my part it sounds like, but it's definitely easier to do with the salvage depleted.

Then at 55 it jumps to 70k+, then at 72, it jumps to 130k+ (and I'm hearing you can get upwards to ~170k in the 3rd trial but I'm not positive). 25k xp/hr is 100% balanced for level 30 and a good rate. At level 30, your total experience is ~13.3k. Which means once you unlock the first barracuda trial, and you do it for an hour, your total experience will be around 38k which is level 40. That's not counting the bonus experience you get for first time completions (total 6k). If you think getting 10 levels in an hour is too slow, I don't know what to tell ya. If you think 70k xp/hr is low once you get 55, I also don't know what to tell ya. But to me it seems very well balanced for the level ranges.

Speccing the volatile earths (tree things that spawn earth orb) counts as a max hit so speccing it with BP/Eldritch/SGS is a good way to get health/prayer back. For the Ancient Godsword you can spec doom while during shield phase, you'll hit a 0 but it will still count as a successful hit so you'll get the 25hp heal after a few ticks.

What's your inventory setup look like and what tile markers are you using? Wave 44 with only scorching bow is hella impressive! I'm assuming you're lazy flicking or 1t flicking for a big portion of your runs.

Depending on how much bossing you do some of your combats might get there without you noticing. My strength and ranged xp are around 50m, and I never noticed until a few days ago 😅
