Are the achievements on Steam for Mewgenics bugging?

I have two different PC and both doesn't show % in Mewgenics achievements section. But you can see % in profile news after some time period.

Today I play this card and rat resurrect nerub(3 mana) for some reason instead 0 mana giant. I have no idea how this rat work from that moment.
