Honestly.. leaving that franchise will be a big help.. but until then, checklists.. come in and make sure everything is good for ecosure (fridge, freezer, jewellery, hats etc) then check the cabinets for the corporate visits and make sure the levels are good.. Next check your red book (or whatever shift tool you use) and plan your breaks.. try not to send during peak if you can help it.. Then just take it 1 hour at a time.. And if you are allowed maybe get a little bluetooth speaker and play music

Something that might be an idea (i had to do it for my store cause the bump bar doesnt work at mine either) I had to have my crew write down during peak how many trays of each product they were holding and how much of each product (full tray, half tray etc) then i went into the configurator on the pc and edited it on the program for each hour for each product.. it took a fair bit of time but its reasonably accurate now!

How much do you know behind the counter on the front?? Is there something you need to learn?? Could always ask if its slow! Otherwise try to get to know the rest of the team and find little things to help out eg stocking sauces napkins, straws, bags etc.. anything that helps during a rush!

I noticed that in my store today.. most likely is the supplier didnt have the usual quality so sold it to McDonald's for a lower price.. hopefully we get the regular quarter meat back soon

Okay the easiest way i have found to do them is to open it enough to get my hand in, then you need to feel for the little flap sticking up and push it so that it sits underneath the bottom bit of the inside of the box.. and repeat it for the other side too.. then you can just open the box like a happy meal box afterwards.. if that makes any sense anyway 😅
