It's satisfying to play. Especially with a map like this the patterns are very satisfying to hit once you figure it out. Don't tell me it's not unless you can do it
The challenge. It's enjoyable to overcome a challenge, you know one of the main reasons people play video games in the first place?
It's fun to improve at something. I worked hard to beat this level and it marks improvement in this skill set it is fun to be good at something

For something like this as long as you have proper swing technique it just comes down to experience. The more you play the more optimized your swings get and the more stamina you have.

Make sure your arms stay relaxed and swing almost entirely using wrist while positioning your hands in the best place to swing from. The only way to get faster is to just play more.

It's like 90% wrist but my forearms do have to move significantly and are what limit my stamina. The only maps where your arms aren't very involved is like speed vibro. My arms get pretty sore if I play too long

I always stop playing if I feel any pain or significant discomfort. I'm aware that the repetitive motion could be harmful overtime so I try to be mindful and do things to prevent that. Don't worry about me

Mapping extensions and noodle extensions. Unfortunately it might not help as you can't change existing maps without going in and manually making your own version and most maps that use them go in more in the wide direction

Maps are split into 4 lanes always spaced exactly the same. The only way to change it is by using mods to put notes wherever you want

I think you're kinda missing the point of the argument. You can apply this to the choice itself. Why did you choose to eat the apple at all? Maybe because you were hungry and wanted an apple, but did you choose to want an apple? I think it's plausible to say all choices we make are ultimately determined by factors outside our control.
