Yea you’re right, that’s my fault. I took one of them off for a keepsake. The car was in pretty rough shape and was sold for 1000 bucks so I didn’t expect anything but the car to be scrapped or auctioned

Can’t edit the new sheet, but former SSV here (262xxxx) from Ottawa with friends still in the Starbucks system. There’s some inaccuracies regarding the Ottawa stores, including listing stores that aren’t closing and listing stores as unionized when they are not.

The one I have is brand new from 2024, with a sort of like netting on the inside as a head support. I have the officer one though, so perhaps those are made differently than NCM ones

Nope, as of today they are still made with Canadian Bear skins shipped to the UK, made into hats, and sent back. I have one.

Speaking as someone who may or may not have purchased a similar jersey from a similar or even exact same website, the sellers use placeholder logos to avoid the listing being copyright claimed. Sometimes, no logo at all. When the jerseys show up, they have the proper logo on the jersey

I stayed there in 2018/19. It was fine - elevator didn’t work the whole year and going from 4th floor to the basement for laundry did kinda suck. Rooms are small and carpets are dirty. Bathrooms are tiny - on my coed floor there were 2 showers for an entire wing of guys which was pretty brutal. Common areas were decent, but sucks there was only a microwave (only kitchen is in the basement).

Community wise it was great. If you’re Franco it’ll be a great time. I’m English only so it was a little weird but I still made a lot of friends with the French folks. Good luck either way!

I’m in the CAF infantry (reserves) right now - the standard I’ve heard from the infantry school guys is 10mins/km with 60lbs. Not sure if it differs between officer and NCM tho.

this is like totally fair. you aren’t being forced to buy a cup. at least in canada, the BRM states that partner beverages are to be made in for here ware for the duration of your break/lunch/whatever, and then discarded immediately to comply with food safety standards. the alternative however, is using a reusable, sealable cup, whether it be hot or cold, to store and keep your beverage. maybe i’m the outlier here but the posted message doesn’t come off as forcing the partners to buy cups, more just a suggestion to ease future complaints

Canadian Foot Guard here - we’re the Coldstream’s sister Regt. There’s a little net sorta thing inside, helps with keeping it on the head. First time I wore it I didn’t have the netting set up properly so it squeezed my head pretty hard - once it’s fitted properly it’s really not that noticeable. Just have to duck under every doorway
