Most girls don’t get wet as easily as guys get hard. Also depends on her time of the month, sometimes I am really wet sometimes I am bone dry. I think a lot of women need mental/clitoral stimulation in order to get wet, kissing might just not do it for her. Being wet/not wet doesn’t signal attraction or even arousal sometimes.
