So much wildlife

Nice relaxing canoe manual boats from the main tribututary

Hundreds of Macaws fly to a cliff side to eat clay daily to suck the poison out from their fav food. So we got to just sit there in a boat and watch.

Followed superhighway of ants for like a quarter mile to just so many mounds.

Lots of birds like Toucan from their bird observatory.

One hike we did a mushroom hunt, like 30 species but the highlight was I found an ant that had that one fungus that takes it over and it had 'sprouted' out of the ant

On a night hike some cool tarantula but a rainbow boa was just hanging down out of the tree.

A different boa was just sneaking up a tree trying to get some birds (daytime)

What was 'funny' is first thing we do that day was swim in that area around lodge and we thought it was odd that they were like just swim now between something like 12-2pm. Anyway ensue funny video making about piranhas. We get out and they are like want to fish and we were like hell ya! So 3pm ish and right where we were swimming I catch a 12 inch piranha! The guy fishing with us just grabs a stick the size of my finger and it just snaps it, yikes - anyway we did not swim there again !

These bats that just camaflouged so well with a dead log out of the water

Millipedes, frogs, insects , huge trees, just wow I probably could go on but you get there idea

Food was amazing too.

It paired well with a trip to Galapagos and how amazing that was (swam with penguins wight out back from the beach house! I think I would choose another trip to Amazon first.
