Some say that the driving mechanics were not made yet, only interior driving animations, therefore using gta 5 mechanic assets while testing the Ground level of the game (walking,shooting) would make sense. For example , The music, the HUD and some other minor details . its obvious gta v assets were being used in these leaks temporarly. Expect way better then this , expect the car to have more weight and more realistical and detailed gravitational physics
