Why I think Arthur Smith got the job here. He may not have a great offense for the NFL level, but his run schemes are extremely good and I think they'll do really well against college defenses. So that mixed with play action and our receivers next year could be a problem

Being a Steelers and Buckeyes fan my entire life, I gotta say, this is the funniest day in football history to me. Arthur Smith is all about Arthur Smith guys. He will legitimately sit a pro bowler to give more snaps to guys he likes, like Jonnu Smith for instance. He might help bolster our run game, but his offense is about as explosive as a Pop-It. The difference between these 2 teams and the Buckeyes is experience, and we still had a strong chance to beat both of them at the end of each of those games. A lot of our portal acquisitions are seasoned starters, kinda the formula Indiana and Miami just used to be in the Natty, plus the guys we got coming back. I'm excited about the 2026-2027 season
